By implementing Think-Pair-Share in the classroom we as teacher's can create an environment where the students are given opportunity to think on a particular topic or answer to a question and then ask them to share their ideas with their classmates. Through this startegy student's get actively engaged, they learn from one another, they also develop the ability to consider multiple points of views and in turn it also maximizes the classroom involvement which is the most important for an effective teaching and learning process.
Pomodoro technique by Anne Albert
Pomodoro is Italian for tomatoes; This trains your brain to focus for short periods and helps you stay on top of deadlines or constantly-refilling inboxes. With time it can even help *improve an individual's attention span*. This technique mainly uses *interval learning*, where the task at hand is divided into intervals, called pomodoro. This technique has 6 steps.
During this technique the brain is in Focus mode for 25 minutes and is in *Diffuse mode*. The brain learns in the *focused mode* using the conscious mind, by shifting to the diffuse mode the subconscious mind processes the information and helps in better idea generation and higher retention.
Game-Based Learning for Schools by Amrtha Srinivasan
Teachers, since time immemorial, have got accustomed to practices like throwing a piece of chalk at the student who seems to have dozed off amidst their never ending, monotonous lecture that turned out to be a lullaby! Game-Based Learning (GBL) is an interesting classroom strategy to have the entire class participation in the learning process. It is a method that is prevalent in the developed countries around the world while India is still a toddler. Classrooms with basic facilities like a projector, a device and an internet connection can make this a reality. Free games that are present on the internet can be adopted and customised to meet the instructional needs. Colours amd a little animation can go a long way in getting children to love going to school!
Blended Learning: by Swathi M
Blended learning is a learning strategy used by the teachers which includes both face to face and online mode of teaching. Even though the conventional method of teaching is preferred by most of the teachers and students, infusing online into this method makes the learning and teaching experience more effective and easier to understand for the students and easier to transact the lesson.
With the changing trend in the education industry, it is very essential for the teachers to learn new technologies and teaching strategies that will help all the students in a class. A classroom will have a variety of students and as a teacher, it is important to cater to all their needs keeping in mind their capabilities and understanding level of the subject.

*Behavioral Theory of Learning* by Aparna Dutta_*
The Behavioural Theory of Learning as developed by Skinner in 1974 says that learners will repeat the desired behaviour if they receive positive reinforcement for it. Students will explore a lot of things during their life. But as teachers, we become the shapers of the students' personalities. Hence, a small appreciation for the efforts students put in anything they do in the academic and non-academic field will not only motivate them to get better but will also help in creating a positive environment where they will learn to appreciate and work collaboratively to help everyone get better. Thus, as future educators we have a responsibility of practising positive reinforcement with the learners we manage as propounded by the theory.
First Aid by Yuvanika R
First Aid is the immediate emergency care that is provided to a person when injured. It can help get the situation under control and prevent it from getting worse. Having prior knowledge, training and preparation will help provide a feeling of security and safety.
In schools, children are constantly moving, playing and exploring. That is how they learn. Sometimes, they get injured and in those times, a teacher should know how to handle the situation best. This requires confidence in the knowledge of first aid.
Knowing how to react in such situations will help reduce anxiety and instead help focus on giving first aid. The teacher will be more confident and be prepared to take charge in such situations. Seeing this, other children will also be influenced to stay calm and take initiative in such situations instead of panicking.
WOOP by Priyanka Sandra Paul*
WOOP is a practical, *evidence-based* activity that helps us *fulfill our dreams* . WOOP helps us to identify our dreams, identify and imagine the obstacles that we might face in the course of fulfilling our dreams, specify and imagine the best possible outcomes if we fulfill our dreams, and develop a plan to fulfill our dreams by figuring out a way to overcome and make it through the obstacles. It is a 4-step procedure. WOOP stands for *Wish, Obstacles, Outcomes,* and *Plan* respectively. It is necessary to be persistent in order to master this procedure. It helps us build self-control, patience, and grit. If this procedure is followed consistently, then it might be possible for anyone to fulfill their dreams.

*DIFFERENT LEARNING STYLES* by- Chelsiya Mary Jacob
Handling every student in a classroom and cater all students is very important as a teacher. When a teacher enters into a teaching platform and gets to know the fact that every student is different. There will be visual learners, Auditory, writing-reading and kinesthetic learners. When a teacher starts lecturing, some of the students could retain the concepts and contents easily while others might face difficulty to understand it!
While demonstrate an experiment in a science classroom, it will be more efficient to demonstrate the experiment from the laboratory and show every step of the experiment rather than just lecturing in the classroom. This satisfies all students’ learning styles so that they can implement their best practice strategies into their learning, daily lives and assessments.
