*Blended Learning by Shristy Chauhan*

Blended learning is an innovative concept that embraces the advantages of both traditional teaching in the classroom and ICT supported learning including both offline learning and online learning. It has scope for collaborative learning; constructive learning and computer assisted learning (CAI). Blended learning needs rigorous efforts, right attitude, handsome budget and highly motivated teachers and students for its successful implementation. As it incorporates diverse modes so it is complex and organizing it is a difficult task.

 *Differentiated Instruction- by Bhawana Soni

Differentiation instruction consists of teachers' attempts to respond to the variance in the classroom among learners. Whenever a teacher reaches out to an individual or small group to vary his or her teaching to create the best possible learning experience, it is considered as differentiating instruction. At least four classroom components can be differentiated by teachers based on student readiness, interest, or learning profile:
*Content:* what the student needs to know or how the student can access the information
*Process:* activities in which the student participates to make sense of the content or to master it.
*Products:* are projects that require the student to rehearse, apply and expand what he or she has learned in a unit.
*Environment of learning*: the way the classroom works and feels.

*Domains of Learning:* Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor. by Devi Namitha
Cognitive domain is needed in terms of academic learning, thinking, problem solving etc. To describe in detail, cognitive domain includes intellectual skills, cognitive strategy and verbal information. It focuses on understanding, memorization, problem solving, time management, categorization etc. Affective domain provides us with the social skills like listening, communicating, being affectionate etc.Psychomotor domain which is related topics motor neuron coordination  helps with our daily functioning from simple walking to driving.

Peace education encompasses the idea of peace and education. It is an interdisciplinary area of study which deals with the teaching and learning about peace and for
peace. The major aim of incorporation peace education in education system is to avoid
conflicts in advance and thereby create an d peaceful life for individuals. It tries to transact
the importance of value, morals, justice, respect for others into children. To live in harmony with people around, to have compassion to the nature around, peace education equip children to be positive thinkers and accountable citizens. School tours, camps, workshops, value

 STUDENT MENTAL HEALTH Tashi Dolma
Student’s span of attention on their studies and their performance really depends on their mental health. Teachers should notice the changes in their students, should communicate with their students, support them, encourage and motivate them because the relationship between students and teachers says a lot and have a lot of effect.
The purpose here, is to educate students about mental health or illness, this will help the students to recognise the symptoms in themselves earlier, and be able to seek out help earlier. They will also be able to ask or seek for professional help without feeling ashamed of themselves.
Thus, I feel students mental health matters and so it’s important for schools to spread awareness on this matter.
Jigsaw Technique by Jessy T A
The jigsaw technique is a method of organizing classroom activity that makes students dependent on each other to succeed. It breaks classes into groups and breaks assignments into pieces that the group assembles to complete the (jigsaw) puzzle. It is a cooperative learning method that brings about both individual accountability and achievement of the team goals. This processes derive its name from the jigsaw puzzle as this process involves in putting the parts of the assignment together to form a whole picture of the assignment which is similar to the jigsaw puzzle.

Gagne’s events of instruction: by Dhanalakshmi.k
Gagne's theory gives a lot of significant data to educators like me. I trust it is generally engaging those instructors who might be right off the bat in their showing vocations and need structure for their exercise plans and a comprehensive perspective on their educating. The theory is exceptionally orderly and unbending all things considered focuses. It is practically similar to a cookbook formula to guarantee effective instructing and eventually learning by the understudies. Nonetheless, the precise idea of the theory might be a mood killer for some educators, especially the individuals who like to be inventive, doesn't care for inflexibility, and who don't have confidence in a cookbook way to deal with guarantee learning. An extra highlight spread is that the theory isn't in every case simple to execute.

 Teaching Chronology by Sutrisna Karmakar

In teaching history, a sense of chronology is one of the most important aspects for ordering and sequencing events of the past, since the changes that occur through time are what make history unique. A very useful tool for developing this sense is a timeline. Timelines are just one tool useful for developing chronology, both for single studies of particular changes but also for comparative work. They allow pupils to work with greater independence and a wider vocabulary. They are useful as introductions to and conclusions of topics and, above all, they help to explain to pupils the concept of time.

 Jigsaw method by Vidhya Gracy
As a teacher, we are always trying to find the simplest and easiest ways to help our students to understand and learn to fulfill their goals in life. Practice in self-teaching, which is one of the most valuable skills we will help them learn. Practice in peer teaching, which needs them to know the fabric at a deeper level than students typically do when simply asked to supply on an exam.
Contributing to the group will help the learners to build comprehension. It will encourage cooperative learning among students. It helps improve listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. If you've got a student who doesn’t seem to require to require ownership of his/her content, you can use the Jigsaw method. Apart from that, it breaks the racism, caste, the line between poor and high class. This strategy teaches social skills like equality, equity, helping others, sharing things between them. I might recommend you are trying it once every week in your classroom.
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING by Aishwarya B George

The method of learning through experience is known as experiential learning. This theory was given by John Kolb. It involves the application of theory and academic material to real-life experiences. Experiential learning theory has 4 steps- concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. This theory combines experience with reflection therefore students "learn by doing". The learner is actively involved in the experiential learning process by engaging in the experience and also by reflecting on the same. Through this theory, “experience” provides the platform to learn individually.
